Hypnotherapy utilizes a heightened state of awareness, learning and deep relaxation to quiet the conscious mind and allow the subconscious mind to focus deeply on your chosen issue. The subconscious mind holds your beliefs, feelings, and thoughts that you may not realise influences your behaviour.
Hypnotherapy brings the subconscious and conscious minds into balance to give you greater control over your emotions and behaviour. We use subconscious healing techniques to address and remove blocks on a subconscious level to empower you to live the life you choose.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION
Past Life Regression (PLR) Past Life Regression is a form of hypnotherapy which takes you back through time to your previous lives by accessing your soul memories and experiences. Soul Realignment® is a healing modality that utilizes the Akashic Records. It establishes your soul vibration and the characteristics that are most important for you. You will understand how you can express your true Divine nature and what negative influences have developed from choices and actions in your previous and/or present life. These negative influences have created blocks and restrictions and affect your ability to make positive, aligned choices in your current life. We will investigate and clear these influences, allowing you to make new choices in alignment with who you are at soul level and therefore manifest the life you desire.

Time2LoseWeight Program (T2LW)
We are often unaware of how our underlying emotional responses and attachment to food is influencing our behaviour.
The T2LW program includes the T2LW hypno-gastric band. Our program leads to lasting change by reframing your entire perception of food at a subconscious level, by using a combination of suggestion and visualisation. The program is designed to trick the subconscious into believing that you have actually had gastric band surgery, which enables you to eat smaller portions, have your hunger satisfied earlier and not have the feeling you are missing out on food like a diet.
With our T2LW program you will not only shed those stubborn kilos but also develop habits so the weight will not return, as you will be equipped with the tools to align your body and mind with your weight loss goals.

SOUL PATTERN AND BELIEF READING
A Soul Pattern and Belief reading is a reading of the Akashic Records that enables us to investigate what negative beliefs and repetitive patterns are affecting you at the present time.
